Arbitration & Dispute Clause
Under section 8 of our standard platform agreement, players agree to settle any high-stakes competition disputes via formal arbitration before seeking standard commercial lawsuits. This prevents prolonged platform disruption.
Phase A: Mediation Period
Players submit a resolution ticket containing video logs and match IDs. Our internal arbitration committee reviews and issues a decision within 7 calendar days.
Phase B: Independent Review
If the mediator final outcome is rejected, the case is assigned to an independent competitive referee panel specializing in esport regulations.
