TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your access to the competitive match brackets, tournament portals, and profile linking systems built by GamePlex. By signing up, linking a verified player tag, or joining a single bracket, you consent to these binding clauses.

IMPORTANT ELIGIBILITY RULE: You must be at least 15 years of age or have acquired express parental permission to join active tournament prize pools. Certain localized laws may restrict payouts based on jurisdictional age requirements.

1. PLAYER CONDUCT & INTELLECTUAL SAFETY

We hold a zero-tolerance mandate regarding tournament bad behavior, competitive integrity violations, and software assistance exploits:

Zero Exploits / Cheating

The use of third-party modifications, aimbot assist scripts, custom viewport trainers, or coordinate bypass hacks results in immediate hardware-level bans and award forfeits.

Sportsmanship Standards

Harsh language, target-harassment of competitive divisions, match-collusion, or purposefully throwing a registered bracket results in team suspension.

2. PRIZES, TICKETS, AND SCORE AUDITS

All tournament prizes and experience allocations listed within active brackets are distributed according to verified telemetry evaluations:

TELEMETRY SYNCING

Game scores are synchronized live via game provider APIs. If a provider server goes down, match replays or manual admin audits act as secondary validation sources.

WITHDRAWAL CHECKS

Cash prize distributions must clear administrative evaluation. Users have up to 45 calendar days to report unclaimed points or missing score compounding.

3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & SYSTEM UPTIME

GAMEPLEX SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR TOURNAMENT SCHEDULES DURING OUTAGES. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOSSES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY OUTAGES OR FAILED UPLOADS.
